About Freelife

  • Therapy for LGBTQIA+ individuals, couples, and non-traditional relationships such as polyamory, kink, and more.

  • We treat depression, anxiety, trauma, and other general mental health concerns. We also cover topics such as gender, sex, substance use, identity, AuDHD, and more.

  • Our therapists are warm and relational and use effective therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and more.

  • Most sessions are 45-60 minutes long and each session is fully personalized to you and your concerns. This is your space.

  • We accept Blue Cross PPO, Blue Choice PPO, and Aetna PPO insurances or clients may self-pay

  • We offer in person sessions in Chicago and virtual sessions throughout Illinois.
